Last week, we held our spring matched wine dinner down in Bayly's Bistro with our friends from Hungerford Hill Wines. It was a wonderful evening of food, wine and theatre!
A big thank you to everyone who made it such a success Bayly's Bistro Head Chef Ian Aguilar dished out an exciting and delicious menu, and Chief Wine Maker Bryan Currie's wine pairings complimented it perfectly.
